Welcome to WordscapesPuzzleHelp.com (“Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Who We Are

WordscapesPuzzleHelp.com is an independent, fan-made website that provides puzzle help, tips, and informational content. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the makers of the Wordscapes game.

Trademark notice: Wordscapes™ is a trademark of PeopleFun Inc. All other trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners. Any use of third-party names is for identification and descriptive purposes only.

2) Eligibility & Use

You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with us and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3) Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, page layouts, design elements, and compilations—is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Site except as expressly permitted by law (e.g., non-commercial fair use) or by our prior written consent.

4) Fan Content & Fair Use

We publish educational and informational material about puzzle gameplay. Any references to third-party games, brands, or artwork are nominative and used to identify the subject of commentary. If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, see “Copyright & Takedown” below.

5) User Submissions (Comments, Messages)

If you submit or post content (e.g., comments, feedback, corrections):

  • You represent that you have all necessary rights to share it and that it is accurate and lawful.
  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your submission in connection with operating and improving the Site.
  • We may remove or edit submissions at our discretion.

6) Prohibited Conduct

IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Headings: Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
